FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2001 A jury in Wisconsin on Tuesday found a former Red Cliff Ojibwe tribal judge guilty of repeated acts of sexual contact with a child under 16. Floyd W. Hipsher, 46, faces a felony sentence of no more than 65 years. Get the Story:
