New administrations are being announced at various Pueblos in New Mexico.

Some Pueblos hold elections, while others appoint tribal members to governmental and other positions, which typically last a year. Most are inaugurated on January 6, also known as All Kings Day.

Wilfred Garcia has been appointed the new Governor of San Juan Pueblo, a position he has held in the past. Charlie Dorame was appointed Governor of Tesuque Pueblo.
