ADVANCE: Land-into-trust regs reopened

APRIL 13, 2001 The Bush administration has decided to reopen comments on the land-into-trust regulations finalized in January. The comment period will last 60 days, followed by a 60 day review period by the Department of Interior. Land-into-trust applications will continue to be processed during this time period.
