MAY 16, 2000

The Blackfeet Confederacy will reunite once again after decades of being separated by the US - Canada border. It is composed of the Blackfeet Tribe (Amsskapippiikunni) in Montana and the Blood Tribe (Kainai), Peigan Nation (Aapatohsipiikunni), and Siksika Nation in Canada. The Confederacy will address common issues faced in provincial, state, and federal governments as well as re-establish family bonds.
