The FBI on Monday held a seminar on how to identify hate crimes for officers in Anchorage, Alaska.

The city has been hit by a number of racially charged incidents against Alaska Natives. Rapes, assaults, and the recent paint-ball attacks by White youths on Alaska Natives have led to hearings and a state task force on racism and discrimination.
