MAY 5, 2000 An Onondaga Nation man was arraigned in a hospital after he was involved in an accident. Sheriff officials from the town of Onondaga believed he would return to the Nation and they would not be able to extradite him. The action was only the second in 12 years for the Onondaga town justice who arraigned Daniel Shenandoah. He was listed in fair condition on Wednesday. Get the Story:
