JULY 24, 2000 Three Congressmen have introduced two bills, one in the House and one in the Senate, that would add what they say is a needed full-time US district court judge in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Representative Mark Green said an additional judge would benefit Menominee Nation members who want to attend criminal court proceedings. A part-time judge currently hears cases in Green Bay.
