Robbery suspect arrested on reservation

New Mexico State Police on Monday arrested a resident of the To'hajiilee Navajo Reservation who is suspected of participating in two armed robberies that resulted in two deaths.

Police apprehended Merle Ramone, 27, after a car chase along the dirt roads of the reservation, which is about 25 miles west of Albuquerque. Police have cordoned off the reservation to search for at least two more suspected of involvement in the robberies.
