AUGUST 25, 2000 Victoria Keenan and her son Jason are challening the Aryan Nation in a lawsuit that will go to trial on Monday in Idaho. The two were involved in a violent incident with Aryan Nation members in 1998. Two members were convicted of assault and are in prison while a third is a fugitive. The family's suit against the Aryan Nation and its founder Richard Butler alleges assault, false imprisonment and emotional distress against the three members. They are seeking compensatory and punitive damages. Get the Story:
