FRIDAY, AUGUST 31, 2001 The annual United States Police Canine Association (USPCA) national championships wrapped up on Thursday, hosted by the Mille Lacs Ojibwe Tribe of Minnesota. The four-day event brought K-9 units throughout the country for competitions and seminars. Get the Story:
