Man held without bond for Navajo death

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2001 The man accused of killing a gay, transgendered Navajo teen in Colorado is being held without bond until his arraignment October 18. Shaun Murphy, 18, faces second-degree murder and first-degree felony murder charges in the death of Fred C. Martinez Jr., 16. Martinez was found beaten to death in June. Get the Story:
