TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2001 Floyd W. Hipsher, a former judge for the Red Cliff Ojibwe of Wisconsin, was sentenced to 20 years in state prison on Monday. Hipsher had been found guilty of sexual contact with a child. Get the Story:
