Citing sovereign immunity, a county circuit judge in Florida on Monday dismissed a lawsuit against the Seminole Tribe.

The suit was filed by residents of a mobile home park on the tribe's reservation. The tribe closed the park and the residents claimed they weren't given enough notice.

The tribe has been the target of several lawsuits, including a dismissed sexual harassment one. The tribe's business operations and ousted Chief Jim Billie are also said to be under federal investigation.
