Supreme Court to review protest case

TUESDAY, APRIL 23, 2002

The Supreme Court on Monday said it would review a case affecting the rights of anti-abortion protesters.

The protesters are prevented from blocking access to abortion clinics under a law aimed at stopping organized crime. The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in two separate cases ruled against them.
