Tigua Tribe wants casino kept open

Facing a November 30 deadline, the Tigua Tribe of Texas has asked a federal judge to reconsider his ruling to shut down Vegas-style gaming at its profitable casino near El Paso.

Barring a reconsideration, the tribe can also appeal U.S. District Judge Garnett Thomas Eisele's ruling to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
