OCTOBER 30, 2000 A poll conducted by the Wisconsin Policy Research Institute shows that 65 percent of residents contacated oppose off-reservation casinos but 62 percent support them on reservation. The he Lac du Flambeau Ojibwe and a group of three Ojibwe tribes are proposing off-reservation casinos in the state. See the Results:
