JANUARY 11, 2001 The Kenosha County Board and the city of Kenosha might extend their agreements with the Menominee Nation of Wisconsin regarding the tribe's proposal to build an off-reservation casino. The agreements expired at the end of last year and some residents said the county had to begin the negotiation process all over again.
