DECEMBER 11, 2000 In a special series which began on Sunday, The Boston Globe is looking at the impact of tribal gaming on Indian and non-Indian communities. Sunday's articles focus on whether or not tribes are making money on their casinos. The paper looks at the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut and its relationship with Sun International Hotels. The success of California tribes and their casinos are the focus of two of Monday's articles. The other looks at the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma and the problems they have had with their gaming operations. Get the Stories:
