Property deal with tribe moves along

FEBRUARY 23, 2001 A deal to buy a piece of property from the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and lease it back ot them is progressing, lawyers for a Connecticut development corporation said on Thursday. Norwich Community Development Corp. said it is drafing a lease on the property, located in Norwich. The tribe will then lease it and use it to house 350 to 450 tribal employees. Get the Story:
