MAY 11, 2001 The Mohegan Tribe and the city of Norwich are discussing developing a community arts theater but haven't yet solidified any plans. Tribal Chairman Mark Brown said details about the plans could be announced within three weeks. The tribe and the city have previously discussed a theater and had agreed on a small venue. The new theater may be separate from that agreement, but neither the tribe nor the city provided comment. Get the Story:
