Tribe waiting on casino plans

Their gaming partner might be in the dumps but the Torres Martinez Band of Desert Cahuilla aren't yet ready to divulge where they plan to locate a new casino development.

Partner Full House Resorts, however, said it is considering a local developer's land for a site.

The tribe has been trying to begin negotiations with Governor Gray Davis over a compact. But the Governor's office said it won't start unless a land deal is put through.
