Voters may decide on tribe's casino

City councilors in Oxnard, California, on Monday said they might put a landless tribe's casino proposal before voters.

The Greenville Rancheria of Maidu Indians in Northern California have proposed a casino in Oxnard but it has garnered some opposition from city and local officials. Three city councilors, however, say they want voters to be able to decide the matter.
