JUNE 23, 2000 Robert D Sheldon, former president of the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas will be the new chief operating officer at Foxwoods Resort Casino, owned by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation. Sheldon will be responsible for day to day operations of the casino. He began work on Thursday. Get the Story:
