FRIDAY, JULY 27, 2001 The Augustine Band of Mission Indians is still trying to draw investors in a casino they want to build in southern California. One interested investor is Paragon Gaming, who tried to help a landless tribe open a casino but recently failed. The tribe hasn't yet settled on who it might partner with on a relatively small 700-slot machine casino. Get the Story:
