WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2001 A proposal by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut to build a golf course and resort cleared one step early this morning. The Inland Wetlands Commission voted 4-2 to approve the 18-hole course to be located at the Lake of Isles. The commission imposed conditions to ensure the lake would be protected.
