The Minnesota Licensed Beverage Association on Monday said it wants to team up with tribes and local governments on a new plan to put slot machines in bars.

The association believes the proposal could bring in $300 million to $500 million a year. Tribes in northern Minnesota would be the ones who put the machines in liquor establishments.
