WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 30, 2002 An Asian-American gang is being targeted in a loan sharking scan at two tribal casinos in Connecticut. Police have charged Mu Can Lin with extortionate extension of credit after being arrested on Tuesday at the Mohegan Sun Casino, owned by the Mohegan Tribe.
