FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2002 The Mississippi Band of Choctaws have become the first tribe in the country to own a new car dealership. The state approved the tribe's license this week. Some car dealers are worried their business will face competition but the tribe says it will collect taxes on sales. Get the Story:
