Bill seeks to ban future casinos

A Connecticut state legislative committee on Monday will hold a bill that aims to ban future tribal casinos.

The bill, sponsored by State Rep. Jefferson Davis, would outlaw "Las Vegas Nights." Davis says banning the events would have the effect of allowing tribes to operate casinos but some doubt the claim.
