David Duncan, the former Arthur Andersen partner who was the lead accountant for Enron, will plead guilty today to one federal charge of obstruction of justice for destroying documents related to the burnt energy company.

Duncan will enter the plea today in federal court in Houston, Texas, where a similar indictment against Andersen was entered last month. He will now become a witness for the government in its probe against his former employer.
