NOVEMBER 10, 2000

An unofficial count by the Associated Press of all 67 Florida counties shows that Texas Governor George W. Bush is leading Vice President Al Gore by 327 votes.

The election results won't be certified by the state until next week, however. A preliminary injunction on the certification has been delayed until Tuesday, when a federal judge will hear arguments about ballot irregularities.

Also, the remaining overseas ballots have to be received and counted before certification.

Some 67,000 ballots in New Mexico's most populous county are also being recounted.
