Recount gives Gore extra votes

The Orlando Sentinel completed its recount of uncounted ballots in Lake County, Florida, awarding Vice President Al Gore a net gain of 130 votes.

The paper reviewed 376 uncounted ballots, finding clear voter intent for Gore on some ballots. President-elect George W. Bush also gained votes.
