Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating, passed down for a number of positions in the Bush administration, on Tuesday said he is not interested in being the director of the FBI.

Keating at one point was considered in the running for Vice President. Some have suggested his connections with a New York financier hurt his chances of getting a top level position.
