MAY 3, 2001 Former Congressman Rick Lazio (R), defeated by former First Lady Hillary Clinton (D) for New York's Senate seat, was named president and CEO of the Financial Services Forum on Wednesday. The New York firm represents a number of large financial service companies, including Citigroup, the Bank of New York, The Goldman Sachs Group, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, American Express and FleetBoston. His salary is said to be at least $250,000, which might help alleviate any left over payments on his $3 million campaign debt. Get the Story:
