Despite searching his apartment for more than three hours beginning late last night and seeking lie detector and DNA tests from Congressman Gary Condit (D-Calif.), District of Columbia police say he is still not a suspect in the disappearance of Chandra Levy.

Condit, 53, is not a suspect, they say, because there is no evidence of a crime. Levy, 24, has been missing since April.

Condit's lawyer has offered full cooperation into the investigation of Levy's disapperance. However, the lawyer stopped short of a polygraph test, which police and Levy's parents are seeking.

Condit, who is married, has admitted to having an affair with Levy, a former Bureau of Prisons intern.
