The fued between the Koch brothers of Koch Industries fame is the subject of a 60 Minutes II segement preimiering tonight.

Bill and Charles Koch have fought one another over control of the company. After losing control to Charles, Bill blew the whistle on him for cheating the federal government and Osage Nation tribal members out of oil monies, a case which is due to be settled out of court.

During the trial, Chairman Charles Tillman supported Charles. It is not known if the Tillman, the tribe, or its own lawsuit, which was filed against the government, but not Koch, will be included in the report.
