Paint-ball attack victim files lawsuit

Leonty Fratis has filed a civil lawsuit against three White youths for being attacked with a paint-ball gun on the streets of Anchorage, Alaska, in January.

Fratis, who is Alaska Native, names Charles Wiseman and two juveniles in the suit. One is Charles' brother.

The Wiseman parents are also being sued because their car, paint-ball gun, and video camera were used by the youths.

Charles Wiseman is facing misdemeantor assault charges for the incident. Police are not releasing the status of the juveniles, who were suspended from their high school.
