Yellow Bird: Condit scandal calls for change

"With the recent disappearance of 20-year-old Chandra Levy, and the scandal of Monica Lewinsky and former President Bill Clinton barely fading from the news, a closer look at Congressional intern programs in Washington D.C. is needed.

After they are elected, we don't have much control of our elected officials. But the intern programs are different. They are, after all, paid for with tax dollars, so shouldn't we have a say in how they are administered?"
