Editorial: Bad news for recognition

In an editorial, The Norwich Bulletin says there were "three strikes" for federal recognition issued by Congressional invetigators, a Congressman and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.

The paper might have cited a fourth -- Secretary of Interior Gale Norton's decision to have the Chinook Nation recognition reconsidered -- but it probably would have had to come up with a different metaphor.
