In an editorial published in The Washington Times, Donald Lambro says the Democrat's version of an economic stimulus bill contains "sweetheart" deals for Indian Country because tribes gave "big bucks" to Democratic interestss.

Lambro says the bill gives tribes "new tax-exempt authority" to start businesses. Tribes will have "broader authority" to begin businesses in "enterprise zones" that qualify for special tax breaks.
