John Potter: A nobody at Sundance
MONDAY, JANUARY 21, 2002

"Brad Pitt. Robin Williams. Robert Redford. Me.

Anybody who’s ANYbody – or anybody that’s a nobody but is a “somebody-wannabee” – can be found just walking down the street these days in Park City.

No, not THE Park City in Montana ... the Park City in Utah.

Yes folks, it’s time once again for the much-celebrated Sundance Film Festival and Monster Ego Competition here in Park City.

For 10 days in January, this small Utah community full of filthy-rich people is suddenly transformed (through the magic of film) into a small Utah community full of MORE filthy-rich people, all imported from Hollywood. . . "
