"I cringed while reading the Argus Leader article of the young Native American girl housed in a basement "dungeon" (so stated by the law enforcement personnel). I find it difficult to believe, having been a lifelong South Dakota resident, that a travesty of this nature could occur among otherwise intelligent people."
