The mother of a young Lakota man who accused President Julian Bear Runner of the Oglala Sioux Tribe of coercing him into sex filed a second complaint as citizens came together to support two spirits and youth on the Pine Ridge Reservation.

Despite an emotional plea from a young Lakota man, leaders of the Oglala Sioux Tribe failed to impeach President Julian Bear Runner on allegations of sexual misconduct.
