A Colombian rebel group indicted in the U.S. for the murders of three Native American activists is taking responsibility for a bomb that killed at least 117 people attending a church service.

The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) said the rocket attack was not intended to kill civilians. The deaths were the largest single massacre in the country's decades-long civil war.
