FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2002 Santo Domingo Pueblo in New Mexico is accusing the local school board of moving to create districts that dilute the tribe's voting power. Five plans to redraw the Bernalillo school board's districts all reduce the percentage of Native Americans in the district where the tribe is located. No final decision has been made to approve any proposal. Get the Story:
