Rain misses reservation

Rain reached the Kickapoo Reservation in northeast Kansas, but it wasn't enough to replenish the Delaware River, the tribe's main water source.

Accoridng to the National Weather Service, only a quarter of an inch of rain fell over the weekend. Water experts say three inches of rain are neede to return the river to a dependable level.
