Cases of HIV infection among Native Americans in Wyoming rose from 1 percent to 3 percent over the past decade, according to statistics releaesd by the state Department of Health on Monday.

The state has a relatively low number of AIDS/HIV cases but a state health official says more minorities are being affected.
