The Anchorage Native Primary Care Center is finally complete.

The 100,000-square-foot center will provide health care to Alaska Natives and American Indians in the region. It was built to respond to a growing population.

Cook Inlet Region Inc., a regional Native corporation, spent $10 million for an initial building. Southcentral Foundation, the nonprofit health care affiliate of CIRI, raised $23.5 million for the expansion.
