Gover now complains about Mohegan deal

Former Assistant Secretary of Interior for Indian Affairs Kevin Gover now says a management deal the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut made with its gaming partner skirted federal law.

An interesting prononciation, now that Gover is out of office and the tribe has since become successful enough to buy itself out of the deal.
