A petition to legalize video slots in bars in Nebraska has been dropped.

Bar owners said they couldn't raise enough money and find enough people to help out. They have now joined keno operators to allow video-type gaming at businesses.

The coalition believes it can get the necessary 108,000 signatures for the November ballot.
